Boniet (pronounced bun-yet)

This is an amazing appetizer that always gets rave reviews. The best part is that it is super healthy, but you’d never know it by the taste – so yummy!!

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (2 oz) can of anchovy fillets, chopped or use anchovy paste
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 tbsp distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

In a medium bowl toss together all the ingredients. Let sit for an hour for the flavors to meld. Serve at room temperature with a sliced baguette.
